Special thanks to ABC5 and Bankers Trust for the $1000 grant! We are grateful for your support.

RunDSM featured at Domestica!

Domestica is a trendy little shop in Des Moines’ East Village, featuring “super cool home and personal accessories.” It’s one of those places you can walk into and want everything (for real). The owner, Crissy, is laid-back and super gracious, making a trip to the store feel like visiting a friend. She kindly asked RunDSM if we would be interested in making ornaments to dress her beautiful window, with all proceeds benefiting our little organization. It was a dream come true! Thank you, Crissy, for making us feel as cool as we think you are. Check out her super fresh merchandise at http://www.ilovedomestica.com/, and remember to support local businesses during the holiday season.

Performance: Iowa Coalition Against Sexual Assault

Movement 515 was asked to perform at the annual meeting for the Iowa Coalition Against Sexual Assault. Special thanks to our poets, Mikalen, Mikolina, Leah, and Torianna, for sharing their voices!

Student Voices Lead Call for Change

Special thanks to Ann Hinga Klein for her thoughtful, yet enticing narrative of our little community. Our movement is spreading because of people like her!
